Job Title RPA Developer (UiPath) Notice Period Immediate to Serving NP Experience Required 3 to 4 Years Job Location Pune/Hybrid Overall Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Lead end-to-end RPA lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support. Ensure automation solutions follow best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and IT teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. Skills & Tools Strong handson experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots. Proficiency in REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework). Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, and attended/unattended automation. Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and VB.NET concepts. Experience working with APIs, REST/SOAP services. Database knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL). Version control tools (Git). Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. DaytoDay Activities Work closely with business teams to understand automation requirements. Develop and enhance automation workflows using UiPath components. Perform unit testing and support UAT. Monitor bots in production and troubleshoot issues. Maintain technical documentation and process design documents (PDD/SDD). Optimize existing bots for performance and reliability. Experience 3+ years of experience in RPA development with minimum 3+ years in UiPath. Handson experience in building complex automation workflows. Experience in integrating RPA with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Web applications). Exposure to OCR, document automation, and AIbased automation solutions. Experience in production support and bot monitoring. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. UiPath Certified RPA Developer (preferred). Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
