About the role
As a Full-stack Engineer at Accellor, you will be part of the fast-paced and customer-centric Experience Development Team. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and coding in a full-stack arena using technologies like React, Python, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, Java with Spring Boot / Kotlin. - Working with micro frontend SPA architecture. - Designing and developing connections between backends and frontends by architecting integrations. - Participating in the prioritization process to identify hidden technical needs and bring them to the roadmap. - Translating business requirements into technical specifications with strong communication skills. - Guiding Junior team members and assisting in their skill development. In order to qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Minimum 4+ years of experience as an IT Developer, with at least 3+ years as a Full stack developer. - Professional experience of at least 3+ years in developing front-end apps using JavaScript, Next.js, ReactJS, Python, Node.js, Java. - Strong knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and exposure to AI-driven tools and platforms. - Familiarity with BFF Design patterns and Cloud technology. - Proficiency in Spring or similar inversion of control frameworks. - Experience in retail and/or E-commerce companies, API Gateway configuration, CICD/Jenkins pipelines configuration, Kubernetes. - Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of driving large-scale projects to completion. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
