About the role
Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions. Analyze business requirements and develop customized Salesforce solutions. Provide technical expertise and support to end-users on Salesforce applications. Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and customizations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementation. Work closely with stakeholders to identify prospects for process improvements using Salesforce. Job Requirements Robust understanding of Salesforce platform and its various features. Experience working with public services or similar industries is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
