About the Role As a Data & AI Consultant in the Public Services domain , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering data-driven and AI-enabled solutions for government and public sector organizations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help clients leverage data, analytics, and automation to improve service delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and enable data-informed policy decisions. This is a client-facing role within Accentures Global Network Delivery team, working on large-scale transformation projects across global markets. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Delivery: Design and implement data and AI solutions that address client business challenges in areas such as public health, education, citizen services, social programs, and smart governance . Data Strategy: Support the development of enterprise data strategies, data governance frameworks, and analytics roadmaps for public sector clients. Data Engineering & Integration: Work with teams to design and build robust data pipelines, data lakes, and analytical models using cloud and on-premises technologies. Advanced Analytics: Contribute to building predictive, prescriptive, and AI/ML models to generate actionable insights for public sector operations. Visualization & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik . Client Engagement: Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure delivery excellence. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance standards, especially relevant to public sector and government data. Innovation & Thought Leadership: Support innovation initiatives, proofs of concept (PoCs), and knowledge sharing within the Data & AI practice.
