AI ML Engineer

AI / ML Engineer Project Role: AI / ML Engineer. You will develop applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services, building proper cloud or on-prem application pipelines with production-ready quality. You should be able to apply Gen. AI models as part of the solution. Work may also include, but is not limited to, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. As part of the role you will train, fine-tune, and adapt machine learning and deep learning models to specific business use cases. Day-to-day work includes collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing both structured and unstructured data; conducting feature engineering, normalization, and anomaly detection to enhance data quality; and packaging and deploying AI models to production environments using containerization and model serving frameworks. You will monitor deployed AI systems for performance, reliability, and scalability and automate business processes through AI-driven systems such as predictive analytics, NLP-based chatbots, and computer vision applications. Testing, simulating, and optimizing entire agentic systems to ensure comprehensive performance and reliability is expected. You will engage cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals. The role is expected to be an SME. You will collaborate and manage the team to perform, be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions, provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities, and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & technical expectations include proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP). A strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as Tensor. Flow or Py. Torch is required. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions is needed. Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and tools for text data and the ability to design and implement APIs for AI applications are also required. Additional information that you should note: Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
