Create, manage, and maintain Power Platform environments (Development, Test, Production). The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Automate Business Processes using Robotic Process Automation Tools (Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere) Cognitive RPA like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations to provide automation in a process. It includes writing code using scripting language like C, VB.NET, Python etc. to help in Automations. Design architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools to design process flows, write code, and create technical documentation to provide end-to-end automation. What are we looking for Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom applications using Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate. Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and third-party systems. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and updates.
