This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the developed solutions are robust and scalable. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within the existing technology landscape. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the developer navigates through different phases of application development to deliver effective and efficient software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of application components. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals. Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks. Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and web services. Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
