Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the developer navigates through different stages of application development to deliver robust solutions. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. Experience in developing and deploying scalable applications using cloud-based data analytics platforms. Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and pipeline orchestration within unified analytics environments. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in distributed computing frameworks. Familiarity with collaborative development practices and version control systems to maintain code quality. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
