The role demands adaptability to evolving project demands and a focus on delivering reliable and scalable software solutions that integrate seamlessly within the existing technology landscape. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of application components. Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives. Continuously evaluate and improve application design and implementation practices to enhance quality and efficiency. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and data integration techniques. Experience with database management systems and data warehousing solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks. Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability. Competence in scripting and automation to support data processing tasks. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
