Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering efficient and effective application solutions that support operational success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application development best practices. - Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting. - Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues effectively. - Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Good communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
