This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous vigilance and responsiveness to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and resolution. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Document findings and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. Assist junior team members in understanding complex issues and developing problem-solving skills. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. Strong knowledge of system monitoring and incident management practices. Experience with automation tools to improve operational efficiency. Ability to analyze logs and metrics to diagnose system issues. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment models. Skilled in scripting and automation to support system reliability. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
