This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently. Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex application issues within SAP environments. Strong knowledge of database interactions and performance tuning related to SAP HANA. Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively. Familiarity with software lifecycle management and change control processes. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
