This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and delivering timely solutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments, requiring adaptability and a keen eye for detail to maintain system integrity and support business continuity effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot system issues. Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues. Experience working with enterprise-level software systems and understanding their architecture. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Familiarity with software debugging tools and techniques. Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
