Must have skills : SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: The SAP RE-FX Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions within SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on lease administration, property management, contract management, lease accounting, IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, rent calculations, property cost allocations, and real estate portfolio management while ensuring integration with Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Asset Management processes.
