The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively. Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software systems. Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges. Experience in scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve system reliability. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
