This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system reliability and efficiency throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime. Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team. Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to enhance service quality and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Backup and Recovery Systems. Strong understanding of backup strategies, data restoration techniques, and disaster recovery planning. Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting backup software and hardware components. Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify potential risks and failures. Familiarity with scripting or automation tools to streamline backup and recovery operations. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Backup and Recovery Systems. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
