Must have skills : SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Lead the design and implementation of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions for Material, Customer, Supplier, and Business Partner master data. Configure workflows, business rules, validations, and data replication processes while ensuring data quality, compliance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. Support end-to-end implementation including testing, deployment, user training, and hypercare support Roles Responsibilities: Should be having Positive attitude . Should be open for learning . Should be having good communication skills Professional Technical Skills: Conduct business workshops and gather master data governance requirements. Design and implement governance processes for Material, Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, and Financial master data. Configure SAP MDG data models, workflows, change requests, and approval processes. Define and implement business rules, validations, derivations, and duplicate checks using BRF+. Configure Data Replication Framework (DRF) for distributing master data across SAP and non-SAP systems. Collaborate with business data owners, data stewards, and process teams to establish governance policies. Support data cleansing, harmonization, migration, and master data consolidation activities. Configure role-based access controls and ensure compliance with data governance standards. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations. Execute SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live activities. Monitor master data quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live hypercare support. Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, EWM, IBP, BW, and other enterprise applications. Develop governance frameworks, operating procedures, and master data management best practices. Ensure adherence to organizational data governance, audit, and compliance requirements. The candidate should have minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. This is a client onsite project and will be operated exclusively from the client''s location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. All project activities and resource deployment will be carried out from the client site. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
