Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system reliability and performance.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in site reliability engineering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.- Strong understanding of incident management and response strategies.- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system uptime.- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment practices. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
