Architect - Ai Business Solutions

As a Senior Architect, Enterprise Tech Architect at Genpact, you will be responsible for overseeing the solution delivery of various projects critical to the success of the Food & Nutrition business segment. Your role involves designing and optimizing application & data platforms for the multi-billion-dollar segment. You will collaborate with global teams and partner with business and digital leaders to deliver innovative products and services in the CPG industry leveraging digital technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology initiatives aligning with business requirements and strategic goals. - Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions, focusing on Conversational AI, Generative AI, and AI-powered automation, especially on GCP and Azure platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications. - Create high-level and detailed architecture designs considering performance, security, integration, and user experience. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve system performance and reliability. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices to ensure competitive solutions. - Assist in estimating project timelines, resources, and budgets related to architecture and development efforts. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or Equivalent (DT Degree preferred) - Experience in designing mission-critical solutions in high transaction volume environments - Hands-on Coding expertise with knowledge of Github CoPilot, Claude Code, or similar tools - Strong experience in building solutions on Cloud platforms like GCP and Microsoft Azure - Proficient in integration technologies and protocols (APIs, ReST, etc.) - Expertise in AI/ML algorithms, enterprise-scale applications, and SaaS AI platforms - Demonstrable track record in delivering ERP architecture and design - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into architectural designs - Learning agility and desire to adapt to new technologies - Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Ability to deliver high-quality software by collaborating with a team - Outstanding analytical skills and ability to drive complex technical solutions - Good verbal and written communication skills - Customer-facing skills including conducting technical briefings and demonstrations - AI certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Google ML Engineer, TOGAF) At Genpact, you will lead AI-first transformations, drive change for global enterprises, and have the opportunity to advance your career in a values-driven culture.
