About the role
Role Overview: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your role will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategy, automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration. You will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, develop comprehensive testing strategies aligned with business objectives, monitor key metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to migration activities from legacy lending platforms to CLS, including validation of solutions in CLS core product and peripheral systems - Collaborate with SMEs & BAs to test mapping rules and logic for migration - Test the migration loading to CLS in a controlled environment to refine the process of executing all defined activities required for data migration - Support operations teams for data review and enrichments - Define and perform end-to-end dress rehearsals and production migration - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness during the migration lifecycle - Defect management and reporting Qualifications Required: - The position requires 6-8 years of relevant software testing experience, with hands-on experience in Commercial Lending Solution (CLS) or ACBS - Domain & Product knowledge in Structured Finance, expertise in Commercial Lending domain, with hands-on experience in FIS Commercial Lending Solutions (CLS) or ACBS - Proficiency in Test Management: designing and executing test cases manually and using automated tools, verifying software behavior as expected by users - Proficiency in Data Analysis: using tools like SQL, Excel, data visualization software (e.g. PowerBI) for extracting insights from large datasets - Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, Behavior Driven Development (BDD), critical and analytical thinking, system analysis, and API integration - Advanced communication skills, stakeholder management, and understanding of SDLC Additional Details: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Finastra Fusion Loan IQ - This position is based at the Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required Role Overview: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
