Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives. Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in business architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.- Experience with stakeholder management and communication.- Ability to develop and present business cases effectively.- Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
