Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams to drive successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter BA. Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions. Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making. Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
