Skill required: NA - Business Transformation Designation: Business Transformation Specialist Qualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 7 to 11 years Language - Ability: English(International) - Expert What would you do We are looking for a highly skilled BI GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Business Intelligence solutions while integrating Generative AI capabilities into analytics, automation, and enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data engineering, BI platforms, SQL, cloud technologies, and modern GenAI frameworks such as LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools. This role bridges traditional analytics with next-generation AI-driven insights and automation. Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable sustainable growth. What are we looking for Strong SQL and Python programming skills. Experience with Power BI/Tableau/Looker. Hands-on experience with: o LangChain o LlamaIndex o OpenAI APIs o Hugging Face Understanding of: o RAG architectures o Embeddings o Vector search o AI agents Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices. Familiarity with Git and DevOps practices. Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps tools. Knowledge of NLP and machine learning concepts. Experience in enterprise analytics modernization projects. Roles and Responsibilities: Business Intelligence Data Engineering Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as: o Power BI o Tableau o Looker o Qlik Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines. Develop scalable data models and semantic layers. Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance. Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems and APIs. Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards. Generative AI Engineering Develop GenAI-powered applications using LLMs and AI frameworks. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning strate Qualification Any Graduation
