About the role
As a Digital Finance & Enterprise Operating Model Consultant at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work with exceptional people and cutting-edge technology to solve our clients' toughest challenges. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to building the sales pipeline. - Draft persuasive pitches to drive client conversations and secure new business opportunities. - Take the lead in project delivery, managing both internal and external stakeholders effectively. - Guide project teams to ensure timely execution according to the planned timelines. - Design problem solutions and oversee their implementation while maintaining high quality standards within the defined budget. - Foster client relationships and enhance connectedness to drive successful outcomes. - Develop future-state processes and roles using leading practices and ERP platforms, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. - Assist in managing process transitions, knowledge transfers, and process reengineering efforts. - Utilize data analysis tools to interpret large volumes of data effectively. - Define cost transformation initiatives, create value cases, and establish monitoring mechanisms for savings. To excel in this role, you are expected to: - Apply your extensive knowledge and experience in SAP System Integration projects to offer valuable insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis. - Lead the delivery of SAP Finance module projects, including design, blueprinting, solutioning, modeling, and proof-of-concept development. - Demonstrate a good understanding of modules that integrate with the Finance module and actively participate in their integration during design and implementation. - Engage with clients, lead workshops, and deliver presentations to stakeholders during management reviews. - Drive continuous improvement in methodologies, tools, practices, and maturity levels. - Lead the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring high quality delivery within time and budget constraints. - Contribute to finance transformation initiatives by assessing project requirements and identifying optimal solutions for clients.
