About the role
As an Organizational Analytics (OA) Consultant in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at Accenture, your role involves adopting a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients. Your typical day may include engaging with clients to understand their challenges, requirements, and concerns to determine the best OA solution. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans. - Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts. - Exposure to Workforce Analytics using basic and advanced statistical/ML methodologies in the last 1-2 years. - Good to have practical knowledge in the areas of Natural Language Processing. - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions. - Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs. - Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans. - Support Product Development and own the delivery of new OA products. - Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth. - Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training, and attending community events. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Data Visualization & Workforce Analytics or People Analytics. - Educational Qualification: Any Masters Full time.
