Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, enabling the integration of new features and improvements that align with evolving business requirements. Continuous refinement and enhancement of software components are part of daily activities to maintain high performance and reliability across platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards through effective team management and communication. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). Strong knowledge of database design principles and experience in writing efficient and optimized queries. Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of database applications. Familiarity with integrating PLSQL code with other software components and services. Ability to work with version control systems and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
