The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions align with business objectives and technical standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. Strong experience in software development lifecycle and configuration management within product lifecycle environments. Ability to analyze complex software requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party tools to enhance system capabilities. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system stability and performance. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. This position is based at our Pune office.
