The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, focusing on creating solutions that meet specific business requirements while continuously improving system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. Strong knowledge of cloud-based data processing and analytics. Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows. Familiarity with distributed computing and big data technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in data environments. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
