Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components. Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. Strong knowledge of system design principles and architectural frameworks related to Salesforce environments. Experience in integrating Salesforce with various enterprise systems and third-party applications. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models relevant to Salesforce platforms. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within Salesforce architecture. The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
