Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Strong experience in designing and developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform. Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and APIs. Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow environment. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. This position is based at our Chennai office. A 15 years full time education is required.
