Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration. Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments. Ability to work with modern development tools and frameworks to build scalable applications. Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code review processes to ensure software quality. Understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration techniques. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
