The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to enhance existing functionalities and implement new features. Utilizing contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer ensures that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business requirements. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, contributing to the overall success of software projects through thoughtful design and coding practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows. Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP modules to meet specific operational needs. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within enterprise systems. Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance to support production efficiency. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. This position is based at our Mumbai office. A 15 years full time education is required.
