Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, testing, and refining software elements to meet evolving business demands while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems. Experience in customizing and extending SAP EWM functionalities to meet specific business requirements. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions. The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
