Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software components are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that the solutions remain robust and adaptable to evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry. Experience with cloud-based artificial intelligence services and integration. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. Familiarity with automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance in cloud environments. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry. This position is based at our Mumbai office. A 15 years full time education is required.
