The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to align technical solutions with business needs, while also managing priorities and timelines effectively. The engineer acts as the central point of contact, guiding the team through challenges and driving the project towards successful completion with a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve complex technical issues and optimize workflows. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark. Experience in developing scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark. Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks. Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource utilization. Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques within large datasets. Experience with debugging and troubleshooting PySpark applications in production environments. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PySpark. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A 15 years full time education is required.
