Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software delivery, ensuring that solutions are robust and adaptable to evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within enterprise systems. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This position is based at our Coimbatore office. A 15 years full time education is required.
