Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and coding custom software components within enterprise environments. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to sales and distribution processes. Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP SD with other business applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
