The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting customer communications across multiple channels while ensuring high quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire CCM. Design and implement document templates for print, email, SMS, and digital communications. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements. Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and support deployment activities. Troubleshoot template-related issues and optimize document performance. Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and documentation best practices. Support production incidents and implement enhancements as required. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire CCM. Strong knowledge of template development and document composition. Experience in customer communication management (CCM) solutions. Understanding of XML, XSD, XPath, and data mapping. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to banking, insurance, or financial services projects. Knowledge of document automation and omnichannel communications
