Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture. Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and tools. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices. Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
