Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and optimization. Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition. Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps Architecture. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software applications. Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and performance tuning of Java applications.
