Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability. Document software designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows. Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet specific business needs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues within production planning environments. Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems. Skilled in analyzing system performance and implementing improvements to optimize operations. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. This position is based at our Pune office.
