The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each part functions seamlessly within the overall system. Throughout the day, there is a focus on maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements to improve performance or add new features, and developing new modules as required. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to ensure alignment and successful delivery of software projects. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery. Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables effectively. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks. Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software components using Python-based technologies. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in coding and testing. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues efficiently. Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Competence in integrating third-party services and APIs within Python applications. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
