The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain aligned with evolving project goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks. Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. Understanding of agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration processes. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
