Working within an agile environment, the engineer continuously adapts to evolving business requirements, ensuring that the solutions meet specific organizational needs while maintaining high performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: EBX knowledge is mandatory Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system performance and user experience. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing. Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO MDM. Experience in data integration and management within enterprise environments. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TIBCO MDM.
