The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with integration of analytics and planning tools within enterprise environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
