The role requires working within dynamic environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies. Throughout the day, collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is common to ensure that the software solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the unique requirements of the business. Continuous refinement and enhancement of software components are key activities, contributing to the overall performance and adaptability of the systems in use. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle GoldenGate. Strong knowledge of data replication and real-time data integration techniques. Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing data synchronization processes. Familiarity with database management systems and performance tuning. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust software solutions. Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle GoldenGate. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
