The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and meet evolving business requirements. The engineer actively participates in refining software through iterative development cycles, focusing on delivering high-quality and efficient results that align with organizational goals. This position emphasizes adaptability and innovation to address complex challenges in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. Experience in designing and implementing integration flows and APIs within cloud environments. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems. Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture. Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
