Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development. Ensure the applications are configured accurately to support business workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and updates to facilitate knowledge sharing. Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ALIP Product Configuration. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues effectively. Experience in customizing software applications to align with business needs and improve user experience. Ability to work with various software development tools and platforms to build and configure applications. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution delivery. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in application configuration and adherence to business requirements. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ALIP Product Configuration. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
