The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern frameworks. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. , 15 years full time education
