The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and debugging. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation. Experience in designing and implementing process automation workflows. Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automated processes for enhanced performance. Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within automation platforms. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Appian Process Automation. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
